We screen hard, because the banks screen us

Institutions judge a structure by the company it keeps. Turning down the wrong work is what keeps the appointments we do make credible when a bank looks at them.

What we check before any appointment

An appointment does not conceal the ultimate beneficial owner. Appointed directors, managers and owners remain subject to their legal duties, and beneficial ownership or control is disclosed wherever it is required.

  • Identity and verification of the beneficial owners
  • Review of the proposed business activity and its markets
  • Source-of-funds and source-of-wealth questions where relevant
  • Sanctions and adverse-media screening
  • Review of the requested corporate structure and its purpose
  • Written engagement terms before anything is filed

What we do not offer

Stated plainly so the boundary is visible before you enquire.

  • Passport images or proof-of-address documents as a product
  • Identity verification performed by anyone other than the person being verified
  • Email accounts in an appointee's name with credentials handed to a client
  • Guaranteed bank or payment-provider accounts
  • Any structure whose purpose is to hide beneficial ownership or control

Banking and payment accounts are subject exclusively to the institution's underwriting and approval. Nominee Network does not guarantee approval and does not misrepresent ownership, management, control or business activity.
